I have heard much about these things in my travels, but have yet to actually lay down the dosh necessary to convince one to share my life.  But I have actually splashed out and purchased a refill.

Yeah, I know, incredibly cheap, but I am terribly fond of my Parker pen and really just wanted to try the Fisher experience without the outlay.

Actually, I wanted a ballpoint refill in brown ink.  And the Fisher Space Pen refill is the only ballpoint refill I can find in Australia that is available in brown ink.  Weird.  So I bought one from my local pen shop, but in the future, I will be ordering from these guys, who are cheaper than my local store.

If I decide I like it.  I’ve been using it for about three hours now and the jury is still out.  It tends to get a little gunky on the end.

I have absolutely no idea why you’d want your name in Firefox 2.0, but if you do, and you have at least one poor friend who hasn’t yet discovered the joy of tabbed browsing and annoying Microsoft, head along to World Firefox Day and register yourselves.

I have a lot of Yahoo accounts. I have ones for email, ones for group membership and one that I obtained to get a Flickr account that is intricately tied to a different blog.

I like Flickr. A lot. And I like even more the ability to use those nitfy Flickr plugins to show all my beautiful photos in my blog. But I hate having to get yet another Yahoo id just to access Flickr.

But then I found this mentioned on tinypodcast and I got excited. Rival to Flickr? Free Pro account for posting a picture in a blog? No Yahoo ID to join? (Alright, so I needed to get an openid to join, but I didn’t already have 10 of them).
