Hi,

I would be interested in the outcome of your work; hope you're doing fine.

Suggestion:
I stumbled upon the online GTD software 'Tracks' (http://getontracks.org/). It is open source and free! It is a web based application that can run on many platforms and has a built-in web server, so you could run it on your own computer to be a host for yourself and others. It also presents a lightweight page for mobile access.

And what's nice: there is a free, hosted version on tracks.tra.in. You can even have a quick view using a special login account. It looks nice but I haven't seen any other online GTD apps yet. One limitation I noticed: I think it's not possible to create projects inside projects (like outliners can do) but maybe most apps can't do that?

There's a blog review on http://www.jonasblog.com/2006/08/gtd-best-implementation-online.html.
